Been here many times. Always great. The food makes you feel comfortable. The Egg-A-Bagel Pileup is so filling and delicious. Get it with the jalapeno & cheese bagel with jalapeno cream cheese. So good! All the Benedicts and pastries are amazing as well!

I went with my family and we had so much fun! Service was fast and great. Seeing everyone working together and as a team just gave me a lot of joy!. The owners were here and they were too involved on their business which I think is great 100/10 place. I heard a table complaining about the pricing and to be honest there’s a really good balance in pricing and portion. If you think this place is expensive please cook at home and don’t give this people a hard time!

Love this place!! One of my favorite places to go for a casual sit down breakfast. Quick service and fantastic staff. They have other locations as well but the one on Shea is my favorite as the staff there is so kind and helpful. They go above and beyond to serve their guests!

This review is specifically for the kosher bagels at this location. There is only a small handful of kosher eateries in the Phoenix metro area, and while this restaurant serves many treif items, they maintain a small selection of kosher items as well which is really great for the local Jewish community. Thanks for having some options for us. It's much appreciated. The atmosphere and service here is also nice, people are friendly and attentive. Will definitely return if I'm ever back in Arizona again.

I was looking for catering for a backyard concert/party with 75 people. I had no idea what I wanted to serve as it was late afternoon/eve - all I knew was I wanted finger food (much easier to handle) and nothing messy (my house with 75 people was intimidating!). When I was referred to Bagels 'N Bialys, I hesitated because I knew bagels was NOT what I wanted. However, I gave them a call and was incredibly surprised. I described my need to Ruth and, within a day or so, she came back to me with the most creative ideas that fit my criteria. Steak, pepper, onion kabobs, chicken and waffle skewers, spinach & cheese stuffed pasty pockets were the biggest hits! Dessert included individual cheesecake bites and a delicious chocolate mousse in individual servings. The team arrived early and set everything up beautifully. So if you are looking for creative, high-quality catering, I know you will not be disappointed. Big thanks to Ruth and her awesome team!

Great bagels and bialies and the staff is tremendous, helpful. Nice and will answer practically any question you've got. I had no idea what b-allis were and the young lady at the register walked me through it like a pro. They're good too, but I like my salt bagels still...

Update 10 months later: came in for late breakfast. Place has really changed the seating. Got rid of the booths (which I will miss). I figure they want to be able to seat more folks. For nearly 6 years coming here I have had consistantly awesome food, best, most concerned service, and delightful atmosphere. Even if I were to have a less than great experience, I would still come back. NYBB has a loyal customer in me! ooo000ooo I have been coming here for 5 years. The service, food and atmosphere have been consistently awesome. My favorite items to eat include anything with brisket. Bagels are toasted to perfection with a selection of shmears. Happy to see there is a new Tempe location (closer to home for me).
